I am ever grateful to have so many talented friends and family. Many have inspired me with their wisdom and fortitude to push their creative boundaries and all are passionate about their work. I’ve been wanting to gather these awesome goods and services all together in a post for some time. Though Cyber Monday has wrapped up I bet most of us are still on the hunt for a unique gift. CreatureBox is my husband’s monster/robot/creature venture with his friend Greg. Comics and characters reign supreme and there is always an adventure in the works. I’m always impressed at how their styles complement each other so well. Their digital collections are top notch.
Bob likes to make stuff. And teach people how they can make stuff too. Whether it’s a cutting board, a bench, an arcade machine, or an LED sign, he puts lots of info at your fingertips through step-by-step and video how-tos. You’re bound to be inspired. He makes stuff to sell too.

Julie opened her first brick and mortar store, The Doodling Bug, in Apex, NC earlier this year. Full of lots of North Carolina made goods you can walk the store and order via their facebook page.
